Gee-Dub...What Else?

All in a days shopping trip....I "stopped by" to see if they had marked down the price on a table that I have my eye on. The table was still there, still the same price, so I just looked around for a minute. I happened upon a silver Champagne bucket, a sweet silver cup with "Prince D" engraved on it. I'm Princess Dee, so close enough, a sweet little red pitcher, a cute place mat, and the best is the red skirt (in my size) It looks like a vintage table cloth. I'm going to make (have made by the seamstress) two aprons out of it! Sooooo cute. I would wear it over jeans if it was a size up, but I think it would be cuter as an apron. I'm off to Washington DC next week for a vacation with my parents, niece and Boy #2! We'll see if I have time to post!!

My mom is laughing about that tray in the first photo. Only because I made some snarky comment about a tray of hers that I hated once. I'm blaming it on two toddlers under two and lack of sleep during that time! My tray is gorgeous and somewhat odd at the same time. Not bad for 2 bucks at the Gee-Dub! (Sorry Mom!)

Here is my favorite!

TWO swing arm lamps. I JUST paid over a hundred dollars a piece for the ones in my bedroom, and then I found these for $4.99 each. We just re-did our boys rooms, and they can each use one beside their beds! I'm just going to switch out the shades and paint them? (my husband says NO MORE SPRAY PAINT!) but I rarely take his decorating advice.
Once you find something like this, you're hooked again!

Big Haul at the G-Dub!

Major Haul at the G-Dub yesterday, which is a good thing, because I thought that I was losing my thrift-store mojo.

But don't worry yesterday brought my thrifty back! I will break it down slowly.

NEW Calphalon Grill Pan......What?!

Retails for $110, I picked it up for $10.99, yes a little high for the G-dub, but I've been eyeing this grill pan for some time, who knew I would find it there?
